implementation of relative clauses

Hi,

Has anybody implemented or started to implement English relative
clauses (more or less) as proposed in Sag'96 (or Sag'94)? And in 
which formalism (TDL, ALEP, ALE, ...)? 

Sag'96 : "English Relative Clause Constructions" by Ivan A. Sag, to
         appear in Journal of Linguistics.
Sag'94 : "Relative clauses - a multiple inheritance analysis" by Ivan
         A. Sag, paper presented at HPSG94, Copenhagen.
