Folks,

In light of the difficulties many experienced with printing the
Johnson/Lappin paper, the authors have agreed to send a hard copy to
whoever is interested.  Their email addresses are
djohns@watson.ibm.com and sl3@soas.ac.uk, respectively.

Our apologies to everyone who tried unsuccessfully to print out the
paper.
