Our apologies to everyone who tried to access our ftp server recently
and had similar problems. As it happens, the IP numbers of the
machines on the ling.ohio-state.edu network were changed a few days
ago. The new IP number for our ftp server (julius.ling.ohio-state.edu)
is:

	128.146.172.200

(Also, during the change, our www server
(http://ling.ohio-state.edu/HPSG/Hpsg.html) was down for about a day.)
