problem - anonymous ftp

I had a problem accessing the ftp-directory (in order to get a copy of some
hpsg-papers).
The address I noted at the Copenhagen meeting is : julius.ling.ohio-state.edu
(129.146.166.200)
I hope this is correct.
Are there specific opening hours ?

(A computer specialist told me that the last station reached was:
ohio-state.edu)
